The aim of this course is to provide students with information about the production, properties, usage areas and interactions with food of materials used in food packaging.



1 Understanding the relationships between the protective functions of packaging and packaging materials and food spoilag
2 To be able to have knowledge about the selection of appropriate packaging materials and packaging methods that minimize quality losses in foods.
