The aim of this course is to develop an understanding toward individual differences and appraisal techniques in general and develop skills and understanding toward non-test techniques in specific.

3 Students will be able to explain the differences between tests and non-test techniques.
4 Students will be able to recognize the qualities of non-test techniques.

6 Students will be able to develop non-test techniques.
7 Students will be able to develop skills for applying and interpreting results of non-test techniques.
