The aim of the course to introduce Astronomy and basic astronomy terms as a science field to the pre-school teacher candidates, to examine the relative motion of celestial bodies together with their location in the sky, to introduce the constellations, to introduce the basic observation techniques, to give the basic informations about like electromagnetic radiation, Solar System and planets, outer-space and space studies.

4 Able to comprehend the basic observation techniques
5 To comprehend basic properties and motions of the Solar system and planets
