Dersin Amacı
Clinical chemistry is the application of the science of chemistry to the understanding of the human health and diseas. The course includes the basic analytical physiology of the various organs with emphasis on the use of the findings of the clinical chemistry laboratory in the evolution of their function in diseas and serves as a practicing biochemist who wishes to work in this area.

Description and methods of clinical chemistry, preparation of samples, diabetes and acute metabolic diseas in diabetes, hypoglisemia, glycogen storage disease, lipid metabolisms and hyperlipidemia, aminoacid and protein metabolism disorders, immunoglobulins, enzyme level in plasma in some diseas, endocrine systems and desorders, liver and liver fuctional tests, kidney and kidney function tests.
