It aims to learn the pathology, clinic, treatment, problem-oriented evaluation of neurological diseases, and physiotherapy applications. To search the literature and to create scientific studies on neurological rehabilitation, to analyze the results, to publish them, to present them as a verbal presentation in the congress and to publish them in the journal



1 Has up-to-date information about the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, scans the literature in order to develop and deepen this knowledge, follows scientific developments, analyzes and criticizes.
2 Determines hypothesis for scientific research, determines appropriate research methods for the realization of the study, plans projects and takes part in related projects
3 Interprets and analyzes the results of scientific research
4 Plans and implements the evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation program using appropriate assessment methods in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
5 Presents and publishes scientific research results in scientific meetings.
6 Carries out physiotherapy and rehabilitation evaluations and applications at a professional level and independently, taking into account legal rights, professional ethics and deontological principles.
7 Provides communication and cooperation with individuals who receive healthcare services and with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team members providing healthcare services.
8 It supports the training of physiotherapists who can work at clinical and academic level who are productive in their field and who can practice lifelong learning by synthesizing their clinical and academic knowledge and experience.
