It is aimed to provide knowledge of arthroplasty rehabilitation which is the most common performed orthopedic surgeries.



1 It has up-to-date information on the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, scans the literature to follow and analyze, analyze and criticize scientific developments to develop and deepen this information.
2 Determines the hypothesis for scientific research, determines the appropriate research methods for the realization of the study, plans the project and takes part in the related projects
3 Interpret and analyze the results of scientific researches
4 Plans and implements the evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation program using appropriate assessment methods in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
5 Presents and publishes scientific research results in scientific meetings.
6 Performs physiotherapy and rehabilitation evaluations and practices on a professional level independently, taking into account legal rights, professional ethics and deontological principles.
7 It provides communication and cooperation with individuals who receive healthcare services and multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team members providing healthcare services.
8 By synthesizing her knowledge and experience at the clinical and academic level, she supports the training of physiotherapists who can take part in productive, lifelong learning and clinical and academic levels.

In this course, definition of arthroplasty, development of arthroplasty, information material types of arthroplasty, intervention techniques will be defined. Anesthesia methods and postoperative pain control will be discussed in arthroplasty surgery. Rehabilitation methods will be explained in upper and lower extremity arthroplasties. Rehabilitation methods will be discussed in spine, tumor and revision arthroplasties.
