The normal structure and function of the central and peripheral nervous system

1 The nervous system controls and coordinates functions throughout the body and responds to internal and external stimuli.
2 The nervous system consist of: Brain, spinal cord, nerves and sense organs
3 Nerves work together with muscles for movement. An impulse begins when one neuron is stimulated by another neuron or by the sense organs.
4 The brain will then send an impulse through motor neurons to the necessary muscle or organs, telling it to contract.

Locomotor (motion) system, Circulatory system, Digestive system, Respiratory system, Urogenital system

Histology-Embryology

To determine the location, the dimensions and the relationship of the anatomical structures that make up the central and peripheral nervous system and understand the connection between the structure of the nervous system structures and nervous system diseases.
