The course is searching answers to the questions “Why people need morality?” and “What is the relation between morality and the style of living?” Also the relation between morality and communication is analyzed in a deep way. Increasing acknowledges and awareness level on the subject of morality.

Morality and ethics are two important elements to understand communication. The works made on the subject of media (cinema, advertisement, radio, television, and written other communication tools) needs the concept of morality/ethic. In this sense, the course composed of three major parts. First, Ancient Greek philosophers and Eastern Philosophers understanding of people and morality will be discussed. Second, from the move point of modern and post-modern life styles creates their own morality understanding, try to understand the new morality criteria of both of them. Media is a creation of modern life style but it also tries to understand the post modern life style and this try can be concluded if the life styles of modern and post modern analyzed properly. Third, how people change and transformation in these concepts and what are their responsibilities and characteristics are going to be discussed
